Program Manager - Asset Management

Key responsibilities:

- Act as a Project Manager to drive the migration of internal data and related processes that support the preparation of various Fund Documentation such as KIIDs, PRIIPS etc.

- This will involve having to engage with various internal data providers such as Ops, Risk, Internal Data team to have right data governance, IT and external vendors etc.

- Engage with senior stakeholders to provide update on overall project status and drive calls / meetings.

- Preparation of Steer Co presentations and also process flow documents and general documentation of overall process.

- Ensure solid alignment with key stakeholders of a project, including business owners/users, project team, consultants, and vendors, by pro-actively manage meeting minutes, project timeline and document/log decisions

- Pro-actively follow up on project items and daily operations

- Help define and document the scope, requirement, work plan, quality, risk and communication plan for the website development project

Experience and Skills

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital transformation, web technology and project management roles

- Knowledge of investment management and fund management data and fund documentation (KIIDs, PRIIPS, EPT etc.) would be helpful.

- Excellent communication, project management, organizational skills, written and verbal with a proven track record of senior stake holder management.

- Experience in implementing Data Governance and managing data projects.

- Advanced skills in MS Office with some ability with SQL, PYTHON etc. to be able to query large data sets would be helpful.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end project life cycles and leading projects involving multiple internal or external stakeholders in various geographic locations

- Professional project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred

- Professional credentials in ScrumMaster, Six Sigma, COBIT, ITIL, DevOps, or relevant disciplines preferred

- Prior experience in project resource/team management of 20+ people

- Agile ways of working experience and/or cross-functional team project delivery experience

- Hands-on experience in using PM tools to implement waterfall and agile methodologies
