Program Manager - Alliance Ops - NBFC

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- MIS Management

- Login operations

- Post disbursal operations

- Customer escalations

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

- NIT/IIT/Tier-1 College graduate.

- 2- 3 years experience preferably in a team leader role in any fintech startup.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position.

- Excellent communication skills and stakeholders management.

- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

- Excellent problem-solving ability

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage

- Outstanding leadership and organisational skills, previous record of handling and building teams will be an advantage.
