Job Roles & Responsibilities:

You will be a key member of the Programme Team as a Senior Resource, helping to design and implement strategies to ensure that we successfully capture the HNI/UHNI sector in the market. This is a strategic, well-rounded position that calls for both critical and creative thinking, reasoning, extensive data analysis, trend identification, issue solving, and customer to concept to product delivery.

1. Create and carry out strategic initiatives for the affluent segment to improve the quality of offerings and customer satisfaction.

2. Working together with cross-functional teams to move the ideation process from customer to market for new goods

3. Regularly analyzing market share, communication, and product offerings from competitors to find chances for new product development or improvement

4. Delves deeply into the behavior of affluent consumers through primary and secondary research using internal and external data. Trends, data analysis, and complaint/query data analysis are used to identify behavioral insights, pain points, and opportunities for development.

5. Management Presentations:

- Create and deliver insights and reports to the management team.

- Offer senior management data-driven advice.

6. Manage the customer experience from acquisition to retention

- Put tactics in place to improve client loyalty and engagement
