We have an opportunity for a Program Manager - Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) for one of our client in Bangalore.
The role holder will be responsible for :
- Ownership of solutions and framework creation to increase Organization competitiveness to address service offering in ADAS
- Overseeing project execution activities such as planning, costing, delivery and post-delivery review for identified ADAS project from technical point of view
- S/he will be accountable for delivering projects by developing and deploying team via creating training plan, conducting training and helping the team to reach steady state of engagement.
- S/he will be carrying out client facing role and will be the primary point of contact for all ADAS related queries from client.
- S/he will be responsible for overall planning and delivery of solutions by working closely with project managers.
- S/he will be supporting sales initiatives in the area of ADAS
Customer Relationship Management
The role holder will :
- Addresses customer RFI and RFQ in the area of ADAS
- Maximize customer satisfaction through effective solutions
- Carry out workshop for client(s)
- Understand customer pain points and build proactive proposals and solutions to resolve the issues
- Understands complete eco system and provide inputs to the client to select the correct ADAS deployment approach
- Provide thought leadership to the customer.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Full time Engineering/ Master's degree
- 12-15 years of experience in the Automotive domain. Out of which at least 5 years must be in ADAS feature development (covering full SDLC) of which minimum 1 year in Active Safety functionality
- Must have deep experience in topics associated with LIDAR, VISION, RADAR or Ultrasound sensor technologies, sensor fusion, algorithm development and validation.
- Strong skills in Matlab / Simulink / Autocode generation, Autosar and HIL / SIL validation
- Wide experience in solution building and in writing proposals
- Must have experience in Customer facing role
- Excellent Communication Skills - high level of skills in verbal and written communication
- Confidence, ability and solid skills to interact with senior management and customers
- Proven skill in team building and competency development and mentoring
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to undertake a variety of tasks and priorities appropriately
- Strong attention to detail and a pro-active thinker
- Should have prior experience of working in globally distributed team
- Should be able to review any requirements analysis document and be able to value add w.r.t identifying gaps, risks, completeness, etc. S/he should also be able to clearly determine unclear, incomplete, ambiguous and contradictory product requirements and be able to resolve them.
- Should be able to lead a team working on RFPIs, should be well versed with pricing models, contract structuring, and competitive positioning and should participate actively in deal conversion using the knowledge of the customer business / process and the domain.
