Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Management:

- Lead and manage large, complex, and strategic global initiatives from initiation to closure.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Ensure alignment of program objectives with business goals.

- Manage program risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

- Provide regular program status updates to stakeholders.

Agile & Hybrid Environment Management:

- Effectively manage programs within a Hybrid and Agile environment.

- Apply knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:

- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Ensure clear communication and coordination among team members.

Project & Change Management:

- Apply project management methodologies and frameworks (SAFe, PMP).

- Implement and manage change management strategies using PROSCI or similar frameworks.

- Ensure smooth transitions and adoption of changes.

Cost, Resource, & Risk Management:

- Develop and manage program budgets and ensure cost control.

- Effectively manage program resources and ensure optimal allocation.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.

- Implement risk management strategies and contingency plans.

Subject Matter Expertise:

- Oversee projects in areas such as InfoSecurity, Regulatory & Compliance, Strategy, and IT Cloud.

- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on project-related topics.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Attributes (Critical):

- 8 - 10 Years of Relevant Hands-on Experience: Leading large, complex, and strategic global initiatives.

- Hybrid and Agile Environment Experience: Working with global matrix teams.

- Mid to Large Sized Program Handling: Proven experience in managing programs of significant scale.

- Cross-Functional Team Experience: Effectively working with diverse teams.

- Project & Change Management Methodologies: Expertise in SAFe, PMP, and PROSCI.

- Cost, Resource, and Risk Management: In-depth understanding and application.

- Exposure to diverse project types: InfoSecurity, Regulatory & Compliance, Strategy, and IT Cloud.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology).

- PMP, SAFe, or PROSCI certifications (preferred).
