Job Description :

- Lead and drive Social Sector Advisory team especially in the area of Management of donor-funded social programs in health, education, rural development etc;

- Develop winning proposals to funding agencies (WB, ADB, Dfid etc.) for Social sector programs

- Prepare strategic framework for program management which includes design and implementation as well as with contract/ grant management of large project funds

Candidate Specification :

- Social Science background with PhD with Post graduation in management

- 15+ Years hands on experience in managing large multi-year social sector program

- Well conversant with the process of evaluation of proposals by funding agencies (WB, ADB, Dfid etc.) for Social sector programs
