Title: Program Management –Manager/Asst Manager/Engineer

Purpose of the Role

- To manage the program of products through the whole life cycle; to ensure the agreed profitability level of the individual program is achieved.

Skills & Knowledge/Behavioural Competencies

- Working experience in international company in project management, SCM or production fields.

- Management experience is preferred.

- Basic financial knowledge

- Good knowledge of key issues of EMS industry

- Good financial understanding

- Good spoken and written English

- Good skill of MS Office

- Good ability to work under pressure

- Strong result oriented

- Good communication skills

- Good problem solving skills

- Good interpersonal skills

- Good planning and organization skills

- Basic leadership skills

Qualification : BE (Electronics is a must)

- Candidates from Electronic Manufacturing companies (supporting Aerospace and Defence Customers ONLY will be considered
