Role Description:
We need an organization transformation and change management leader, who has a keen interest in talent management/ development. The organization is setting up a new division and wants to develop its own unique culture around the way they think of talent- sourcing, engagement and development. The organization has a legacy culture, and we need to be able to drive change. We are looking for people who have program management experience, who like solving problems and enjoy innovating on solutions for old problems.
The role with report into the PARTNER OF TALENT TRANSFORMATION.

- Ability to innovate (out of the box thinker) in finding new ways to recruit, engage employees, build talent skills, talent pipeline

Key Deliverables:
- Develop, plan and implement a Talent Transformation and culture transformation strategy in consultation with the group leaders
- Innovate/ re-think current talent engagement and talent sourcing models to deliver the same
- Continue to build on the culture and ensure it is maintained as the organization grows
- Keep track of emerging/ best in class organization practices/ HR practices and incorporate/ implement them in the organization as found suitable
- Develop an approach to staffing of studies- instutionalize the process
- Employee and employer branding
- Be a change agent
Expected qualifications:
- Experience with large scale change management projects with focus on talent and organization
- A consultant passionate about HR
- Knowledge about HR good, not critical; Interest in HR important.
