Program Management Head - EdTech Startup

Our client is a EdTech startup that enables every person to pursue a career of their preference by training them in careers across content, visual arts, design, business, finance and thus enabling them to become entrepreneurs, financial analysts, writers and more. Through these years, our client has trained lakhs of students across various career paths.

Headquartered in Bangalore, our client was co-founded by a team of four young veteran entrepreneurs who were all specially mentioned by 'Forbes 30 under 30'. They focus on their online programs conducted by young professionals and educators who have made a mark in their fields as published authors, young entrepreneurs, investors etc. They have been funded by tier 1 investors and have recently raised $3M in funding.

As a Program Management - Head, you will be responsible for managing the course experience of our students and mentors.

What you will do:

- Ensuring that our courses deliver the right outcomes by taking strategic initiatives to drive learning and engagement in the courses and managing all the stakeholders involved in it

- Being responsible for the learning experience and the completion rate of all our students going through the various courses assigned to you and your team

- Ensuring timely delivery of live classes and feedback from the mentors to the students and strong participation from the students to ensure a great learning experience

- Analysing data about activity across all courses to ensure that we see maximum engagement, rating and completion

- Strategising to improve the engagement and completion of the Courses

- Reviewing and analysing learner feedback to understand where the courses can be improved

- Reviewing each live session conducted by your mentors and providing feedback on how they can improve for the learners

- Finding, interviewing and onboarding the mentors for the courses under your purview

- Inducting and training mentors is also a very important role you will be carrying out

- Maintaining a good relation with the mentors as well as building a strong culture among them will be seen as a necessity towards achieving the goals

- Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work

- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and under pressure

- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail

- Experience in managing program delivery and engagement in an Ed-tech company is a plus

- Enrollment in Fellowship programs like Teach for India, Young India Fellowship, LAMP

- Fellowship and similar programs or Experience in Facilitation/Curriculum Designing

- Experiential learning domain will be preferred
