We have an opening with the Leading client Captive KPO of FMCG Co.
Location- Mumbai
Detailed Job Description:
- Program management Transition Projects: consult with solution development and functional leaders to structure and lead transitions projects while implementing performance baselines and governance mechanisms
- Program management of business process transformation (BPT) projects: Work collaboratively with global teams business and technical to develop and implement ideas that drive business value or reduce costs. Lead cross-functional teams to execute BPT projects to drive value - leveraging change management techniques and structured project management methodology.
- Drive productivity improvements by leveraging Continuous Improvement methodology and tools
- Lead initiatives to standardize site metrics, develop action plans to improve service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Support Operational Risk program to de-risk the organization from contingencies that may arise due to attrition, process documentation, process gaps, or physical or natural BCP situations
- New capability building: develop and enhance knowledge based capabilities at the site. Leverage deep domain knowledge, industry experience and service excellence expertise to build the foundation of thought leadership to drive long term business initiatives.
- Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
- Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters
- Preferred Major Area of Study:Masters in Business Management(Operations or Finance)
Or
- Masters in Operations Management or Industrial Engineering
OR
- Masters in Commerce
- Required Professional Certifications: PMP, APICS certification
Or
- CA or CFA certification
- Preferred Professional Certifications:CA or CFA certification
- Minimum years of related experience required:8
- Preferred years of related experience:12
- Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed:
Preferred 5+ years’ experience working in transformational / continuous improvement / consulting roles in an complex, international, multi-cultural organization
- Preferred 5+ years’ experience in offshore process management organization in either an in-house or outsourcing governance model
Domain knowledge in finance and accounting including:
- Transactional processes like AP, FA, Treasury and AR
- Financial planning and analysis
- Supply Chain finance concepts including costing, working capital optimization
- Reconciliations and Closing process
- Certified on and hands-on with continuous improvement tools, including Six Sigma and statistical process control; knowledgeable of best-in-class industry benchmarks for service performance management
- Ability to influence, coach and mentor across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management (Medium and Large projects)
- Has worked in the capacity of a Master Black Belt for an international organization
- Has worked closely with business leadership on strategic initiatives onsite in an international location
