Program Lead - Liabilities - Bank

1. Align BU-wise liability strategy in line with Bank's objective towards LCR (Coverage), NSFR (Stability) & Retailization

2. Progressively enhance retailisation of deposits across BUs by executing initiatives towards growing deposit book from Retail, Small Business Customers & <2 Cr deposits

3. Create workable CA strategy & drive CA uplift to impact Cost of Deposits, closely manage cost of Term Deposits

4. Work towards improving the granular Savings deposits from Individuals by way of ramping up acquisition & improving customer engagement

5. Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies, trend analysis & use external information to identify opportunities

6. Support product teams by providing inputs using emerging trends in the market & peer benchmarking to build Product Vision & Strategy for liability products

7. Liaise with product teams to support building of customer-centric solutions (Digital Banking, API, Sector Solutions, Transaction Banking)

8. Co-create initiatives to enhance customer retention, activation & deepening, support client acquisition with inorganic/alternate sourcing channels

9. Plan, propose, monitor & review liability product programs required to meet business targets, way forward & course correction

10. Support Head - PBLG in driving frontline (BU + Product teams) KRAs to Bank Liability Goals, create appropriate Incentive model, Rewards & Recognition program

11. Enhance BU Synergy with BFIL and CFD for capitalizing on potential opportunity from existing clients

12. Monitor the key metrics & drive initiatives to improve :

a. Penetration of CASA/CMS/Payment Solutions in existing & new asset clients of Corporate BUs

b. Client-level wallet share in key segments (Affluent, NR, SME, CCBG)

c. Product holding & CMS penetration across bank

d. CASA Ratio, Liquidity Coverage Ratio (Share of Retail & SBC deposits), Cost of Deposits

e. Share of granular deposits & deposits from individuals in total liabilities
