Program Lead _ HNW _ Bank
- Responsible for managing the HNI customers of the Bank, assessing their needs, doing continuous competition benchmarking and gathering market intelligence to continuously innovate and upgrade the proposition through internal offerings and external alliances identification
- Assess usage of existing features and work on enhancing the proposition through cost benefit analysis
- Work with other teams in the bank to create segmented propositions for them. Ensure adoption of the proposition by various teams in the bank
- Develop the marketing collaterals, and create brand visibility of the programme in conjunction with marketing team
- Create a strong wealth positioning of the programme, and develop and enhance wealth penetration for premium customers through marketing/ brand/ channel initiatives
- Leverage data to derive insights and build strategies to deepen and grow portfolio profitability and enhance quality
- Drive branch initiatives with the objective to build traction on product penetration, cross sell etc.
- Enhance customer engagement throughout customer lifecycle including acquisition, retention and deepening
- Work on the programme for first 90 days of customer onboarding to enhance customer engagement and product cross sell
