Program Head - Liabilities - Bank
- Support National Partner Synergy in building the Culture of Synergy in the Bank along with overall revenue generation and lead conversion while driving strategies to lower the cost of acquisition
- Have a direct and co-ownership of Synergy KPIs with each BU Head translating into hard targets for each BU
- End to end Synergy Program management of key strategic initiatives identified
- Work closely with Synergy SPOCs to deliver goals by marrying external best practices and supporting implementation of two-way synergies
- Partner with different functions within the organization - sales, operations, human resources among others in deployment of the business initiatives identified
- Create the product offering and processes to drive the Synergy initiatives
- Co-create initiatives with respective BUs to enhance retention and drive penetration of existing clients wallets
- To create performance dashboards and be able to support in providing analytics for business review
- Support the BUs with external benchmarking
- Scan market and identify emerging trends and market benchmarks to build Product Vision and Strategy and for the respective product teams to build a holistic solution,
- Design and develop a Product, Portfolio and Customer Service Model for Synergy clients
Responsible for achieving targets in the following areas :
- Enhance BU Synergy including synergy with BFIL and CFD for capitalizing on potential opportunity on existing clients.
- NTB SA penetration
- ETB SA penetration
- Branch Contribution in NTB Cards
- Grow NTB LAP ATS
- CASA penetration among LAP Clients
- Create a Multi-product solution led approach for specific customer segments
- Cross-sell of CFD products to BFIL customers
- Drive Small Business Loans to BMS Traders.
- Provide the required support in designing appropriate Incentive and Rewards & Recognition programs across BUs
- Jointly review the Strategy execution with BU Heads through Review and Steering Groups
