Program Head - Women Entrepreneurs

The program focuses on providing high potential women entrepreneurs from across the country with applicable knowledge on business finance and fundraising, make selected entrepreneurs ready for external funding, provide access to various funding organizations and related networks. The program will include working with the women entrepreneurs to understand their challenges and resolve those, in parallel to building a country wise brand visibility through events culminating in a large-scale conclave. The conclave

will see presence of individuals and organizations working in the space of women entrepreneurship and finance / funds. The objective is to bring the blend of funding for women entrepreneurs to the forefront.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage multiple teams to deliver a high value and experience oriented program for all involved stakeholders, while primarily catering to high growth potential women led mid-scale ventures from across the country.

2. Conceptualize and design program and its interventions to achieve the program objective, along with ensuring the smooth running and execution of the program.

3. Engage multiple stakeholders (faculty, mentors, industry experts, funding organizations, ecosystem players and any other stakeholders required to develop, and deliver the program.

4. Support facilitation of multiple fundraising channels and support development of stacks such as shared services, portfolio support, mentor pool, and other support pillars that can enhance the fundraising and growth potential of the women entrepreneurs.

5. Help the teams build their capacities to deliver a successful program with minimum mistakes, deviations, and lags under strict deadlines and help them navigate program challenges and the uncertainties.

6. Support in creating processes, document best practices and success stories, monitor impact metrics and growth, generate reports to further improve the program.

7. Bring newer concepts, ideas, global best practices, and knowledge to the table to develop a better program design / architecture for the target beneficiaries.

8. Develop, suggest, and implement strategies and tactical solutions for the problem areas, keeping a human centric and problem centric approach.

9. Enhance the brand visibility of the program, facilitate network connections, backward and forward integrations, fundraising opportunities to the beneficiaries and celebrate the achievements.

10. Stay abreast of the latest courses, programs, investments, developments, policies regarding women entrepreneurship and associated from both India and abroad.

11. Work with the internal cross-functional teams to synergize efforts towards entrepreneurial growth and become champions of organization.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate or Post Graduate with minimum 10 years of work experience leadership roles in industry leading corporate or not-for-profit or entrepreneurial ventures.

- Closely worked with women entrepreneurs or in relevant field

- Think like an integrated professional with a customer-first mindset: should have a knack for spotting opportunities and anticipating operational issues.

- A team player who is okay to get their hands dirty in the program implementation process

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, getting things done kind of an environment

- Have a positive attitude, a detail orientation and maturity to interact with the senior leadership.

- Have an experiment-led, learning mindset, ready to explore and open to ideas

- Collaborative self-starter with the ability to make connections quickly, build trust and work as a team player

- Ability to flex continuously between the strategic and tactical or conceptualizing and execution

- Strong verbal and written communications skills

- Mindset to resolve problems, think on your feet and anticipate situations to create interventions

- Detail oriented and can manage criticality with calmness
