Leverage Loyalty program to encourage customer engagement with the bank.
Ensure steady growth in loyalty program KPIs.
Core Responsibilities -
- Manage customer lifecycle in terms of their rewards journey with the bank
- Design strategic customer reach plans for program update including, customer communications, offers, creatives and messaging.
- Engage internal stakeholders as promotors and customers of bank loyalty programs through trainings and ready marketing materials.
- Support product management and enhancement with insights related current product acceptance level.
- Unfavorable portfolio trend shifts.
- Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.

Responsibilities
- RCA and regression analysis
- Regular health check on existing rules configuration, on ongoing processes, on fulfilment of offers and overall product placement
- Periodic monitoring of customer behavior patterns and take necessary actions to prevent unfavorable portfolio trend shifts.
