- Experience / Skills 14+ years experience in Service Delivery
- Experience in multi-stream complex projects
- Should be able to manage complex contract
- Excellent customer interaction skills. Ability to build good relationship and rapport with senior management of the customer team
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Should be able to interface with various stakeholders in Organisation eco-system (LOB Heads, Service Line Heads, Vertical Leaders etc), integrate teams from various units and ensure successful delivery
- Should be able to demonstrate business and people leadership skills
- Roles & Responsibilities - Single face of Organisation for the program
- Ensure delivery of the contractual scope within agreed service levels
- Responsible for Cost, Schedule and Quality of deliverables
- Responsible for CSAT and management of customer perception about Organisation
- Management of contract and risks/issues
- Ensure timely closure of all isues raised by the cusotmer
- Ensure compliance of the contract by Organisation team and the customer
- Lead the delivery and pre-sales teams in the program
- Ensure theat delivery related metrics adhere to organization norms
- Responsible for building the delivery team and employee satisfaction
- Managing the governance meetings - with the customer and with internal stakeholders
- Ensure engagement related metrics adhere to organization norms
- Drive financial objectives such as Gross Margins, Revenue Growth, Productivity and Collections
