Program Director - Risk & Compliance - Captive Shared Services Unit

A prestigious client of Innoquest Consulting, a captive shared services unit, is seeking Compliance & Risk professionals in the Insurance, Healthcare, and IT domains.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop, update, and implement compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.

- Ensure that policies align with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Communicate policies to employees and provide necessary training for adherence.

- Monitor new and existing regulations relevant to the organization's industry.

- Assess the impact of regulatory changes and update compliance frameworks accordingly.

- Ensure the organization remains up to date on compliance requirements, standards, and trends.

- Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance risks within business processes and practices.

- Evaluate the severity of risks and prioritize action plans to mitigate them.

- Work with other departments to implement controls and safeguards against identified risks.

- Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees at all levels.

- Promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization.

- Provide guidance on specific compliance issues and reinforce best practices.

Skills Required:

- 20 Years of experience in any domain.

- Ability to apply a risk-based analysis to compliance issues and demonstrate creativity and flexibility in developing solutions that satisfy both business requirements and legal obligations.

- To effectively communicate compliance policies and train employees.
