We are looking for a Senior L&D professional who has strong exposure in Technology - Learning and Development (for Senior Leadership) for a multinational conglomerate which is in the League of Fortune 500.
- They have over 120,000 employees, belonging to 42 nationalities. More than 50 per cent of their revenues flow from their overseas operations spanning 36 countries.
- Looking for strong L&D person who has exposure of design and deployment of technology solutions and services for the Learning function (Gamification, e-learning, simulation etc..), establishing standards of learning events being delivered across the Group and ensuring its sustainability.
The Director here will be majorly responsible for :
- Ensuring adoption of technology for learning by all businesses & employees to a common minimum standards and its consistent adherence is a challenge as the success of any technology implementation depends upon its speed and depth of adoption.
- Customizing technology for the unique needs of Aditya Birla Group and its integration with different existing processes. Scan for all contemporary technology and platforms relevant to learning and bring and execute the appropriate and the best ones.
- Ensure technology is used to enhance training effectiveness and value for the learners even when new training methodologies are introduced.
- Influencing BCOEs and other learning SPOCs without authority, gain their commitment and ensure they regularly adhere to the processes and norms
- Adoption of technology by having the learner in mind so as to enable maximum learning.
- Connecting the range of technology products with different learning methodologies that are commonly used
- Constantly scanning the environment to identify, evaluate, pilot and implement the optimum technology for learning and bring the relevant best practices and excellence.
