Role is to :
- Designing and delivering world class innovative learning events /products on a sustainable basis for various set of Business needs
- Working closely with Businesses to understand their learning requirements/business challenges.
- Collaborate with the Businesses and the various stakeholders to develop appropriate learning solutions/learning products/interventions
- Understand Behavioural / Leadership needs of the businesses to design and deliver high impact learning programs
- Identify, develop and introduce new training methodologies and leverage on technology to enhance training effectiveness and value for the learners.
- Implement GLEAM (Group Learning Excellence & Application Management)
- Contribute to developing leadership talent pipeline in Group by providing cutting edge research in the area of leadership development
- Create a repository of various learning programs offered externally, leading faculty / partners, the methodology adopted and identify the need to modify the same
- Design and implement online methods for continuous monitoring of GLEAM implementation across the Group.
- Be aware of the latest trends in the area of leadership development
- Articulate the key leadership gaps emerging at different levels.
- Develop internal facilitators and establish standards of facilitation among all facilitators (internal & external)
- Relevant candidates with sound experience in technology based learning and creating / designing of content for learning programs only apply providing brief introduction and compensation drawn
