Program Director- Leadership Development (Full Time MBA from Tier 1 Schools Must)

We are looking for a Senior HR professional who has strong exposure in Learning and Development (for Senior Leadership) for a multinational conglomerate which is in the League of Fortune 500. They have over 120,000 employees, belonging to 42 nationalities. More than 50 per cent of their revenues flow from their overseas operations spanning 36 countries.

Job Purpose :

- Understand the needs of the Businesses and offer customized solutions for maximum impact. Drive excellence in Learning by developing and driving policies, processes (like GLEAM) and leveraging technology

- Provide recommendations and appropriate solutions to Businesses by acting as an internal consultant for the Businesses

- Capability development of Learning and Talent COE community

- Develop and deploy policies, processes and Governance model to drive learning excellence in the Group

- Ensuring consistent standards and turn around times for all learning events (G Cal & Infrastructure)

- Influencing BCOEs without authority

- Identify, develop and introduce new training methodologies and leverage technology to enhance training effectiveness and value for the learners.

- Implementing post-learning measures for appropriately learning events/products thus ensuring that the learning happening in the context of work.
