Program Director

As Program Director, you will

- Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization.

- Ensure that the Product (Tech Stack) deployed meets the short-term and long-term needs

- Create timelines for the development and deployment of all product features and functionalities working closely with the Product and Engineering teams

- Act as a mentor to team members working on the project

- Maintain a consumer-focused outlook and oversee the delivery of the program

- Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards

- Apply change, risk, and resource management principles when needed

- Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies

- Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations
