1. Provide cutting edge research insights and relevant design inputs

2. Establish standards of learning events being delivered across the Group and ensuring its sustainability.

3. Work closely with Businesses to understand their learning requirements/business challenges.

4. Design and deliver world class innovative learning events /products on a sustainable basis.

5. Understand Behavioural / Leadership needs of the businesses to design and deliver high impact learning programs.
