Overall Job Description
- Lead the build for a key project to build a Digital Bank (Bank within a Bank)
- Work on the technical solution roadmap for the project and drive the implementation of the MVP (minimum viable product) and the subsequent phase wise roadmap
- Build and lead the in-house development/engineering team to take over the source code and work on the development of the future roadmap
- Adopt and Grow Agile practices and striving to build a foundation of Agile supporting end to product delivery
- Manage development team backlog, work prioritization, assignment, and tracking of projects across teams
- Work with Product, Vendors and Delivery leadership to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
- Prepare appropriate reports for management
- Utilizing standard program management processes / tools, assess program status and provide recommendations and execute on course corrections as needed
- Own and Manage execution to ensure on time and on budget project/program delivery

EDUCATION
- Post Graduate
- Preferably having a degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications
- Certifications/ experience on coding frameworks
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 18+ years of relevant experience
- Should have worked on Digital Channels and customer on-boarding journeys
- Technologies: ReactJS, NodeJS, Java Spring Boot, React Native, DevOps
- Team management
- Preferable if the candidate has worked in a FinTech firm (but not compulsory)
