Senior Leadership Role ( Capital Markets - Portfolio Reconciliation/Reference Data Management / Risk)

Position Title: Senior Management /Leadership Role

Location: Noida

Job Summary:

- Lead a dedicated team of people in developing a new solution in area of Front office IT System (client on boarding) Reference data (Legal Entity identifier), Portfolio reconciliation, Risk & liquidity Reporting.

- The Job requires understanding existing solution suite of Headstrong, thorough understanding of market trends, excellent domain knowledge of capital markets in general and any two of above 4 areas in particular. The incumbent should also have experience of leading a very large delivery team

- The Incumbent will be expected not only to develop new solution but also take it to market with the help of sales team. You will be required to prepare go to market strategy, prepare sales pitch to clients and participate in Industry seminars to present Headstrong’ s solution and be a brand ambassador of the company in various Industry forums

Travel:As and when needed to customer territories

Qualification:BE/B Tech/M tech/MS from a reputed institute , MBA from Cat 1 preferred

Years of Experience: 15-20 Yrs

Must Have Technical skills:

- Must come from strong delivery background. Must have been in development roles / development manager in the past. PMP preferred. The incumbent should have strong domain knowledge in area of capital market

Work Experience:

Necessary Job Skills:

a) Program Management for single or multiple clients for at least 8+ yrs .

b) Must have managed teams of at least 200+ consultants in prior roles.

c) Must have worked for at least 10 years in Banking or Investment Banking domains.

d) Should have experience of developing new product/solutions

e) Must come from IT services background (not product companies).

f) Must be well versed with optimizing programs, improving profitability & retention.

g) Should have sound understanding of CMM/CMMi or Six Sigma processes
