Role : Program Delivery Manager (PWFH)

- 5+ years into US Staffing as a Recruitment /Account / Delivery Manager (Mandatory)

- EST Shift / Fixed shift

- Fixed sat-sun offs

- Location- Remote

Eligibility criteria for the position :

- Must have prior 1+ years of experience in US Staffing (Healthcare Domain)

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills; self-starter with high standards in any given task

- Provides strategic and operational oversight to support clients.

- Responsible for maintaining weekly revenue quota as assigned and (KPI)

- Business Develop and generation of new accounts.

- 3-5 years' successful sales and leadership of internal and/or remote teams

- Sales certifications is a plus.
