Hiring Need:
Our Client works with select faculty and renowned business schools globally, in bringing high-quality Executive Education Programs to India, Executive coaching and in collaborating on research work in India.
Our client is looking at strengthening their Program Advisory team and would like to add a mid-level resource for the position of Program Advisor - Executive Education. The hire would look at engaging with targeted senior leaders and advising them to choose & attend the Open Enrollment Program offered by premier global b-schools. The position works closely with Head of Operations.
The position is based in Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Senior Management Team to identify target pool of senior leaders and further assist them in choosing and enrolling into the right program
- Advice these senior leaders through a consultative approach. Help them choose program that fulfills their professional requirements and that is aligned with their experience, skill sets and overall career goals.
- Represent and articulate various executive programs’ value proposition to targeted senior leaders.
- Participate in the on-the-ground delivery of these programs keeping with the highest standards of partner B-schools - in collaboration with respective Executive education delivery teams.
Candidate specifications:
- 5-8 + years of experience preferably from HR Consulting / Learning & Development/ Executive Search industry.
- Track record of meaningful interaction with senior leaders and senior-mid level professionals. B2C experience is preferred.
- MBA or Masters Degree from a premiere business school is good to have.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to represent our client and various programs’ proposition to targeted leadership pool.
- Must have ability to work effectively with multiple internal customers - Founders, Management Team and occasionally with staff at partnered business school with minimal supervision.
- Must be highly motivated, coach able and must possess hunger to learn and grow
