Senior Manager - Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies:
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations to improve recruitment processes.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
Manage Recruitment Processes:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Management:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessments.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals.
- Assign tasks and manage workload distribution among team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team performance.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other relevant partners.
- Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Participate in job fairs, industry conferences, and other networking events to promote the organization.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to legal and ethical standards, particularly in relation to healthcare regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in employment law and healthcare industry standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its staffing needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
