The Opportunity:
- We're seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team and play a vital role in attracting top talent to Progenesis.
- You'll be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle for both clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring we build a strong and diverse team to deliver exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for all clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies across various channels (job boards, referrals, advertising platforms, campus recruiting) to attract qualified candidates.
- Secure talent closure within established timelines (TATs) for open positions.
- Conduct effective stakeholder management to foster strong relationships with hiring managers and build a deep understanding of their needs.
- Experience with bulk recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector (roles like Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, Front Desk, Doctor) is a strong asset.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates, clearly explain positions, and answer questions effectively.
- Manage a demanding workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks and demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrate a go-getter attitude and maintain a high level of enthusiasm for achieving recruitment goals.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in core recruitment functions.
- Proven success in bulk hiring initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and proven ability to source high-quality candidates.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
