Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates for open positions.

- This includes staying abreast of market trends, utilizing best-in-class sourcing techniques, and leveraging innovative talent acquisition tools.

- Manage the entire recruitment process, overseeing all stages from job description creation to offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Lead a team of recruiters by providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.

- Champion Employer Branding initiatives by crafting a compelling company story and promoting it through various channels.

- This might include attending career fairs, managing social media recruitment efforts, and collaborating with Marketing to showcase our unique culture and employee value proposition.

- Conduct skilled negotiations during offer stages, ensuring competitive compensation packages and a smooth onboarding experience.

- Analyze recruitment data and reports to identify trends, optimize processes, and track hiring metrics.

- This involves utilizing data insights to improve candidate experience and shorten time-to-hire.

- Maintain compliance with all labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager (5+ years)

- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies

- Experience in sourcing top talent from diverse backgrounds

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team

- Data-driven approach with a knack for analyzing recruitment metrics

- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software

- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) in hiring practices
