Key Responsibilities:
HR Process Management:
- Develop, implement, and maintain efficient HR processes and procedures.
Recruitment Operations:
- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Employee Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, databases, and HR systems.
Benefits Administration:
- Oversee employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate HR metrics, reports, and insights for strategic decision-making.
Employee Communications:
- Facilitate internal communications, company announcements, and HR-related queries.
Performance Management:
- Support performance evaluation, goal setting, and employee development programs.
Employee Engagement:
- Organize events, programs, and initiatives to boost employee satisfaction and retention.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with HR service providers, vendors, and consultants.
Skills Required:
1. Strong knowledge of HR principles, laws, and regulations
2. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
3. Effective communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
4. Proficiency in HR software, systems, and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll systems)
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2. 2-5 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or a related role
