Center Manager
Responsibilities:
Overall Daily Operations and Administration Management:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the center's daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize resource utilization and enhance productivity.
- Monitor and manage center budgets, controlling costs and maximizing revenue.
Patient Care Service:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care services, maintaining patient satisfaction and addressing patient concerns.
- Implement and monitor patient feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Manage patient flow and appointment scheduling to minimize wait times and optimize resource utilization.
Financial Counselling of Patients:
- Provide accurate and transparent financial counselling to patients regarding treatment costs and payment options.
- Assist patients with insurance claims and billing inquiries, ensuring a seamless financial experience.
- Manage patient billing and collections, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Floor Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the center's floor operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery.
- Manage and resolve any floor-related issues or conflicts.
Efficiency and Employees Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees, driving continuous improvement. -
- Implement and monitor employee performance metrics, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Optimize staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and efficient resource allocation.
Hospital Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and operational data.
- Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
Compliances / Documentation (NABH, NABL, PCPNDT):
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and accreditation requirements (NABH, NABL, PCPNDT).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all operational and clinical processes.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage the process of maintaining and renewing all required certifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software. -
- Knowledge of NABH, NABL, and PCPNDT compliance protocols is highly desirable.
