We are looking to hire a strong Credit Risk Leader who will oversee credit risk management for the Anchor portfolio, ensuring risk alignment with business goals. The role reports into Chief Risk Officer and involves onboarding of anchors - assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks while ensuring alignment with the organization's risk framework and business goals.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
1. Credit Risk Assessment: Lead the evaluation of corporate credit proposals, ensuring adherence to and working towards evolving risk policies.
2. Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage the corporate credit portfolio, conducting regular reviews and stress tests to identify risks.
3. Policy & Compliance: Develop and update credit risk policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units and senior management to align risk practices with corporate objectives.
5. Team Leadership: Build, manage and mentor a team of credit risk professionals, fostering development and performance.
6. Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reports and data driven insights on portfolio performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: CA/MBAs with Tier I and II institutions preferred
- Experience: 8-10 years in credit risk management, with a focus on supply chain finance or SME lending.
- Skills: Inquisitiveness, Learning mindset, Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills; proficiency in risk management tools.
