Profit Centre/Business Head - Fitness/Wellness Studio

Business Head (Fitness Studio) oversees sales, marketing, business development and operations of fitness / wellness studio with a team of professionals.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- The Incumbent will be responsible for P&L by implementing business strategies and processes and closely working with teams and ensure the smooth operations of the studio.

- Monitoring the activities and performance of the sales team.

- Tie up and collaborations to increase footfalls.

- Maintaining and building relationship with guests to achieve referral business.

- organize and manage events promotions.

- co ordinating with marketing team on lead generation.

- imparting training which includes product training, sales training, soft skills etc.

- Establish connects with doctors and health professionals for referrals.

Qualification & Experience:

- Should be MBA/PGDM from reputed institute with minimum 10 years of work experience in sales management and operations preferably from fitness industry and who have closely worked with health professionals including physiotherapists, dietary and and fitness professionals with strong leadership and communication skills and good understanding of equipment's and facilities.
