- Provide training to Channel Partners on Product Knowledge, Market Information, Right Targeting, Planning and constant communication with them for using & adapting Idea Sales Strategy.

- Analyzing market trends, monitoring competition activities and formulating marketing Strategies accordingly.

- Adding and upgrading sales database regularly to enable Customer identification and reach.

- Identifying new areas of growth to intensify business development.

- Maintaining long-term relationship with key customers (LA/SMB/Govt. Accounts) through effective client servicing and continuous value addition
