Profit Center Head/Business Head - Beverages

Our client is leading producer of Carbonated Drinks, Juices & Packaged Drinking Water in Tanzania.

Location of Posting : Dar Es Salaam

We are looking for candidates having east African experience from Carbonated Soft Drink industry only.

Candidate Profile :

The incumbent should have 20-25 years experience of heading the sales/Business function on similar position.

The incumbent will be positioned in Dar es Salaam and required to travel in and around Tanzania.

The incumbent will oversee the operation but will have specific focus on sales and business development.

Experience in Africa is must, Incumbent having worked in east Africa more particularly in Tanzania will be added advantage.

The incumbent should have proven track record and should have leadership abilities and excellent team player. He should be able to drive business and inspire the team for higher performance.

The incumbent once found suitable/ having accepted offer will have to come on board quickly.

The incumbent required to excellent in people management, sales distribution channel Management and should excellent understanding of the geography, dealership and the business environment.
