Professional Services Support:

Customer Project Support - Program Management:

- Assist with project governance, tracking issues and action items, risk mitigation, Go to Green plans

- Also Provide weekly reporting/updates on key deliverables and milestones and risk reporting

Professional Services Project Governance:

- Execute weekly professional services project portfolio review/governance meetings

1. Review Status

2. Review Health

3. Review key milestones

4. Review outstanding deliverables

5. Review schedule to ensure go live dates are on track

6. Assist with risk mitigation plans

- Revenue Tracking, Forecasting & Reporting

- Assist with creating a sustainable revenue tracking and forecasting process

- Utilize reports to assess gaps in projected revenue and work with the services team to create an effective review process

Services Re-org Support:

- Own Transition Plans for newly Acquired Resources

- Own KT plans for efforts reassigned to professional services resources and those that need to be reassigned to Customer Success/Support

- Own change management plans to support re-org efforts

Services Project Staffing Support:

- Assist with project staffing and resource allocations

- Create a resource management process using Rocketlane resource management that will provide visibility to resource capacity, planned vs actuals and also enhance the revenue recognition process

- Assist with team capacity plans to assess headcount allocation needs

Standard SOP's:

- Creation of standardized services process documentation, and training guides

- Additional professional services and Project Management/PMO tasks may be requested as needed.
