Professional - Investments - BFSI

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct financial analysis and develop financial models.

2. Prepare comprehensive papers on financial, business, strategy, and industry research for companies and industries.

3. Create confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other relevant presentations.

4. Organize and actively participate in ideation sessions and meetings.

5. Evaluate and provide inputs/comments on Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholder

6. Agreements, and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

7. Cultivate relationships and maintain direct communication with clients, potential clients, and professional advisors.

8. Ensure thorough due diligence, collection, collation, and analysis of client information, considering financial and regulatory implications for documentation purposes.

9. Assist in marketing efforts and engagement planning.

10. Sector- Digital/New Age technology/ SAAS / Tech

Job Requirements :

1. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand and grasp the business, strategic, and financial fundamentals of companies and industries.

2. Proficiency in financial analysis, including interpreting financial statements, building financial models, and conducting valuation analysis.

3. Ability to create effective research papers and presentations.

4. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior personnel.

5. Capacity to exercise professional judgment in engagements, offering proactive solutions and recommendations.

6. Ability to manage multiple engagements and responsibilities concurrently.

7. High motivation and desire for autonomy and empowerment in self-management. Capability to independently handle the execution process and effectively address client queries.

8. Strong presentation skills, including creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations.

9. Proficiency in Excel and drafting skills
