Professional - Investment Banking

Job Responsibilities:

1. Focus on covering infrastructure sectors as a key area of expertise.

2. Execute M&A and capital raising deals from initial pitching to deal closure.

3. Act as the primary interface with clients at senior levels during deal execution.

4. Support the ideation process within the sector to generate business development (BD) ideas and prepare pitch decks.

5. Participate in BD pitches and engage with clients during deal execution.

6. Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level team members

7. Sector- Infrastructure, Roads , Energy , Renewables etc.

Job Requirements :

1. Strong deal execution skills, including building robust financial models and creating high-quality pitch books, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), and other client collateral using PowerPoint.

2. Prior experience in successfully closing deals in Investment Banking, specifically in M&A or capital raising.

3. Preferred knowledge of the real estate and hospitality verticals, covering various asset classes such as residential, commercial, REITs, industrial, and hospitality.

4. Proficiency in client management at senior levels.

5. Analytical mindset and approach.
