We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Professional on behalf of a leading US-based furnishing chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for various leadership roles within the organization, focusing on professionals with 5 to 20 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the hiring team to understand talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to leadership positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and onboarding processes.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods, including networking, social media, and industry-specific job boards, to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights to the management team on hiring progress and challenges.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring ongoing engagement and interest in the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruiting for senior-level positions.
- Knowledge of the furnishing or retail industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
