We're seeking a Business Lead to drive growth and manage various aspects of our global online marketplaces' presence. The role involves strategic leadership, multi-function management, marketplace optimization, product curation, marketing, data analysis, customer engagement, and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute an effective e-commerce strategy aligned with brand goals.
2. Multi-Function Management: Coordinate product, marketing, sales, customer service, and analytics efforts.
3. Marketplace Optimization: Enhance listings and content for better search visibility and conversions.
4. Product Management: Collaborate on new product launches and positioning.
5. Marketing and Promotion: Implement online advertising and campaigns for brand awareness.
6. Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
7. Customer Experience: Ensure a smooth shopping journey, address inquiries, and maintain satisfaction.
8. Inventory Management: Work on inventory and supply chain coordination.
9. Budget Management: Develop and manage e-commerce budgets.
10. Collaboration: Foster relationships with teams, partners, and marketplaces.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and adaptability.
