ProductSC - Business Analyst - Banking Domain

Experience Details : A Minimum 5+ Years of experience in Banking domain is a MUST.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes

- Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and other documentation to clearly define business needs and system requirements

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet business requirements and are technically feasible

- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and other sessions with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and provide updates on project progress

- Prioritize new features based on short-term and long-term business goals and technical platform scalability

- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend technology solutions to support these improvements

- Assist in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects

- Participate in project planning and management activities, including creating project schedules, tracking progress, and communicating project status to stakeholders

- Provide training and support to end users on new and updated IT systems

- Exposure to working in Scrum or SAFe environment.

- Hands on experience with requirements management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps etc
