About the role:

You will be a part of the Category Fulfilment team in Home Decor Vertical.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Build a strong on-ground fulfilment engine by establishing the right SOPs of manufacturing in conjunction with our manufacturing partners

- Work closely with our Tech and Product team in digitizing the entire manufacturing and supply chain flows of product exports - Build strong QA/QC mechanisms which allows real time problem solving across all parts of the chain and helps in delivering great customer experience

- Work with suppliers to build new products through value and design innovation which will help us differentiate from competition in the market

- It is a highly hands-on role where you get to see the direct impact of your work on business outcomes. You work hand-in-hand with the founders, business head, and the category teams to build the core business in your geographies.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for folks who are excited about building a 0 to 1 business, and have demonstrated ability to work with and build large teams in an operationally complex work environment. The candidate will be expected to juggle multiple categories / markets, leveraging the team's resources to conceptualize and execute solutions that will dictate the shape of the global trade industry.
