Production Manager / Works Manager - For a Plywood & Laminates Manufacturing Industry

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring & execution functions which involve taking care of production, process, quality, and scale up & achieving targeted production.

- Responsible for conveyor composing.

- Plan & organize production schedules and assessing projects and resource requirements.

- Pre-press process will be observed thoroughly.

- Develop production program and guidelines to support company objectives.

- Cost saving Projects in terms of Man hours, Consumable Items and Energy resources.

- Responsible for Hot press, overlying, cutting & stacking.

- Daily meeting to fulfill production and quality requirements.

- Process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.

- Analyze the monthly plant production & Quality reports and thus reconciling factory usage variances.

- Ensure the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.

Candidate Requirement :

Experience :

- 15 to 18 yrs (from manufacturing sector)

- Full time - B.E / BTECH with IPIRTI (Indian Plywood Industries Research Training Institute) or FRI (Forest Research Institute) background.

- Candidates current / past experience in PLYWOOD / LAMINATES / MDF INDUSTRY , only preferred.
