Production Manager - Paint Company

- Able to Handle team of around 50+ on role employee i.e. Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Ass. Manager + Off Role

- Responsible for all production activity for the section on day to day basis ( General Industrial, HPC, Coil Coating, paint -bulk / Paint -filling / SOD/ Resin / Stiff / Waterbase etc.)

- Production planning in the department and machine wise scheduling

- Job allocation to the team members Monitoring of work progress

- Monitoring & maintaining all documents, equipment, discipline, housekeeping and safety of the department.

- Collect data of equipment and machineries for evaluation of performance

- Highlight all deviation , stoppages and anticipated blockages to the Production Manager & WM

- Manage inventory of the production consumable at the shopfloor

- Release equipment for routine overhauling and maintenance

- Ensure timely SAP update on RM consumption , production declaration
