Production Manager - Manufacturing

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager with 5-8 years of experience to oversee our production operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of the production process to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing of products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing Production Process: Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process, from raw materials to finished products, ensuring smooth operations.

- Timely and Cost-effective Manufacturing: Ensure that products are manufactured within specified timelines and budget constraints, optimizing resource utilization.

- Production Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets and customer demands.

- Performance Monitoring and Process Improvement: Monitor production performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Quality Control Collaboration: Collaborate with the Quality Control team to maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.

- Inventory Management: Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing waste and excess inventory.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree/ master's Degree, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

- 5-8 years of experience in production management or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong understanding of production processes, scheduling, and resource management.

- Proven track record of driving process improvements and enhancing productivity and efficiency.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Knowledge of quality control principles and experience working with quality management systems.

- Proficiency in inventory management techniques and software systems.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
