Production Manager - Garment

We are 35 - 40 year old company .World second largest company in apparel manufacturing and India first largest company.Having around 75000 associates.

Experience / Qualifications

- Engineering Graduate/NIFT/Diploma in Textile Engineering /Graduate from reputed institute having 6+ yrs of exp.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain the productivity levels in sewing.

- Technically sound to set up & start a new style in the shortest possible time.

- Maintain monthly Cost/SAM

- Maintain MMR within unit/plant

- On-time shipment, rescreening of shipment by style

- Cost effectiveness of plant/Unit

- Profitability and capacity enhancement

- Maintenance (of defects)

- Handle Labour issues

- Security & administration of unit

- Control surplus and wastages

- Shipping quality merchandise and avoid claims

- To make and submit MIS.

- To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

Desired Profile

- Candidate from India, Bangladesh or Indonesia.

- Candidate from Garment industry is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills

- Should have excellent leadership, administrative, interpersonal and relationship management skills.

- Must have worked with larger companies.

- Exposure to Lean, SCM, TPM &TQM will be an added advantage
