Production Manager - FMCG

This role is responsible for managing the end to end Production activities

- This role will also ensure that the operation teams adhere to policies and procedures and also ensure the
manufacture of the product is carried out within an environment where safety and quality is paramount.

- Responsible for the volume delivery as per the demand/budget Develop plans and initiatives to reduce the waste

- Develop plans and initiatives to maintain high levels of plant sanitation

- Identifies and develops plans to address operational performance issues

- To exercise control over the daily consumption of RM & PM and track variances on a periodic basis

Reports to Plant Manager; Reportees: Production Executives.

Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical) with 7-13 years of experience with atleast 2-3 years in FMCG
