To ensure smooth and efficient operations meeting sales requirement as per plan based volume and value targets

- To deliver volumes, values as per plan to support the Business targets as per Quality and Hygiene standards.

- To ensure production of seasoning as per volumes and supply as a critical ingredient for production to all other plants and co pack units.

- To optimize capacity utilization, improve plant efficiencies, control cost , drive reduction of power & fuel consumption.

- To drive TPM culture in the plant thereby improving productivity and reducing losses.

- To support Field Team in technical issues for field based activities.

- To lead Budget preparation for the plant in coordination with Planning, CQA & Central Engineering team.

- To review and coordinate with engineering manager for capacity optimization while managing budgeted cost & time limits.

- To ensure statutory compliance as per the national/state law with HR Manager.

- To build team capability to deliver best practices and to be the Best Winning Team

- To ensure developing and maintaining sound 360 deg connect with the Govt., Industries, and Community.

- Motivate the plant leadership team & challenging them towards continuous improvement. Lead the cross functional team under him toward the common agenda and drive the people agenda for the employees -direct and indirectly employed at the plant.
