Production Head - Holographic and Metallized Films

PRODUCTION HEAD (Holographic and Metallized Films)

- You will be responsible for Production Planning and Control; Quality Control; Health and Safety and Environmental Standards; Product Development and Process Control and Optimisation; Supply Chain Management and Inventory Control; Waste Management and Predictive and Planned Maintenance.

- You will be a strategic, analytical and innovative thinker and excellent problem solver used to deploying lean six sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE with 15+ Years of Experience & Significant track record of production/manufacturing management experience gained within Holographic & Metallized Film Manufacturing Sector is a prerequisite.

2. You will be ambitious with a stable, consistent and successful career history to date within the Holographic & Metallized Film Sector with strong leadership abilities.

3. Outstanding leadership qualities

4. The ability to run all equipment as well as schedule and perform basic repair and preventive maintenance.

5. Candidate should have proved skills of Output maximization & Wastage Control.

6. Strong commitment to all aspects of safety.

7. Experience working in a fast-paced management and managing multiple shifts and manufacturing personnel.

8. Strong history of meeting production goals.

9. Strong technical ability; Must possess troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

10. Experience mentoring and coaching shift leads and employees.
