Production Engineer

Education: BE/ BTech Mechanical. Additional Qualification in MBA (Marketing/General Management) is desirable.

Professional Experience Manager: 4 + years of experience in large scale Heavy Engineering & manufacturing industry out of which at least 3 years in Fabrication preferably from Oil and Gas set up.

Key Deliverables:

- Develop systems, sub-systems and for execution involving heavy fabrication of Modular. structures.

- The manufacturing process involves the fabrication, erection, pre-commissioning and commissioning of piping systems, equipment's and E&I systems

- Project Management - Meeting customer & contract requirements with HSE and Quality standards.

- Coordinate between departments such as design engineering, planning, procurement, materials etc.

- Drive and implement innovative methods for optimizing productivity and cost control.

- Prepare & Execute vendors mobilisation plans and schedules.

- Responsible for preparation of daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for management's review.

- Responsible for ensuring world class - HSE standards at all times.

- Involve in Costs estimation for proposals.
